Postage
All items are made to order. All items are sent via courier and are packaged safely using bubble wrap and posted is boxes to prevent items being damaged in transit. Once your order has been shipped, Infinite Eleven Designs can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to your package.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is for the use of processing orders only. We will never give out or sell your information to a third party, or record any transaction details.
Exchanges
Infinite Eleven Designs prides itself on their exceptional service and professional prints. We will happily replace items if they are not as per your order due to fault by Infinite Eleven Designs. Proofs are sent out prior to being printed and framed and your approval is shall we say 'gospel!'. When an item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer e.g. you have provided the incorrect spelling or date, you will need to purchase a replacement.
